20-minute Cardio Barre workout

For the day, I have a new workout video for you. This one is a classic super-sweat barre workout with cardio. (Don’t worry, I do a lot of low-impact variations in the video. Also please keep in mind that the kids were home during filming, so I did more of the voiceover style. Feel free to play any playlist you like with this find out! )
Barre has been one of my favorite workouts for a very long time and I have always appreciated how much of a challenge it is. (I don’t pretty much finish an entire class without having to take a break or an edit option. It challenges me to the extreme every time.) I also notice a change in my body when Barry is a regular part of a pattern; I stand taller, I feel stronger, and this helps me prevent injuries. Even when I was running a lot, I used barre to strengthen the neglected muscles in my legs, booty, and core.
